In today’s rapidly changing business environment, a well defined recruitment policy is necessary for organizations to respond to its human resource requirements in time. Therefore, it is important to have a clear and concise recruitment policy in place, which can be executed effectively to recruit the best talent manpower, Dao & Brothers Law Firm has set out the objectives of its recruitment policy as follows:

Our Firm has executed competitive salary mechanism. It bases on the contribution of each individual to encourage officers and staffs to devote their efforts to the development of the firm.

We have paid social and health insurances for our employees in accordance with the legislation and make accommodation for them.

We have remained the internal trainings for all officers and staffs every Saturday afternoon. The training documents are related to the firm’s law practices.
